Content, you confirm that you have all necessary permissions, rights, and authority to do so. You also confirm that
the User Content does not violate or infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy,
or publicity rights.
3.2 Responsibility for User Content
You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for any User Content you upload or share on the Service.
You assume all risks associated with your User Content, including anyone’s reliance on its accuracy or claims
relating to intellectual property or other legal rights. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review,
monitor, or remove User Content at our sole discretion and at any time, without notice.
3.3 License Grant
By uploading User Content, you grant Basically Pro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and
transferable license to host, use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with
operating or providing the Service. This license is solely for the purpose of enabling your use of the Service and
for fulfilling orders you place for customized merchandise. This license ends once you or we remove your User
Content from the Service, unless it has been shared with others who have not deleted it, or if it has been
incorporated into digital assets or merchandise that continue to be displayed or distributed.
All text, graphics, logos, icons, and other content contained in or provided through the Service (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Basically Pro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or use any part of the Service that is not your own User Content without prior written permission from Basically Pro.
The Service may allow you to purchase customized merchandise featuring your User Content. Prices, shipping costs, and expected delivery times will be displayed at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and any applicable taxes or fees may be collected based on your jurisdiction. Any purchased merchandise is for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account based on our published pricing, fees, and billing terms. If payment cannot be charged to your designated payment method, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account until payment is successfully processed.
